2006 was a great weather year. It was hot and we had a great growing season. The 2006 Pinot Noir's reflect this. The 2006 Kelsey's Edition is very Fruit-forward and tannic, excellent for aging. The palate is of brooding, dark fruits. This is a complex wine with great structure. While it only spent 10 months on oak that gives it a muted oak influence, while aromas and palate can detect the mostly smoke and earth notes.
