2007 like almost everyone knows was a cool year. This made for some interesting times in the winery. It also allowed us to make a much more traditional Pinot Noir. The Sophie's Editions is a light, soft wine. It has a soft feel on the palate due to the amount of time it was barrel aged and it developed some striking cherry, vanilla and coconut aromas and flavors.
