moo-VED. But in France you'll hear the accent placed on the first syllable, too. Don't pronounce the "re" on the end - and certainly don't pronounce it as if it were Spanish by saying moo-VED-ray. If you want, you can make a very faint rh sound at the end. I choose not to make the faint rh sound because I'm not French and I don't want to look like another dumb American trying to speak French.
