If you've come to The Cow recently, you know we've been busy developing some new and very interesting varietals.
The weekend of 8/22 we'll be releasing the first of these new wines, our 2008 Siegerrebe. With its crisp, tart, melons and apricot flavors, this wine is a delightful change of pace from the fruit-forward Pinot Blancs and Gris that are so prevalent in Oregon.
Come, try it and learn how to pronounce it....compared to Sieg, pronouncing Tempranillo is a cakewalk ;o)
