Briana's Estate Blend is a great example of two varietals coming together to creat a wine better than each on their own. Blending Marechal Foch and Pinot Noir smoothed the rough edges from these two varietals to highlight their best and unknown characteristics.
In the fall of 2010 we barrelled the Marechal Foch and Pinot Noir together allowing them to grow into a delighfully fruit forward and structured wine.
The palate is softer than the color suggests. It is fruit forward, with hints of vanilla, orange blossom and earth.
