Pinot Noir Sophie Edition The Sophie's Editions is a light, soft wine. It has a soft feel on the palate due to the amount of time it was barrel aged and it developed some striking cherry, vanilla and coconut aromas and flavors. |

Pinot Noir Sophie Edition 08 Sophie's Edition has developed a sweet bubble gum and cotton candy nose. Hints of blueberry, coconut, and anise blend lend structure in the background. 2008 was a cold but dry vintage so we are blessed with rich flavors and moderate alcohol. |
