We're opening the tasting room Valentine's Day Weekend.  It's great way to show your loved one a great time.  Sundial bakery is providing some special convections at our expense.  We hope to see you.

• Forest Grove Friendly Vine, February 12th

The Friendly Vine. Friday, Feb 12. Big Ron Sabin will be playing music with us. Wine tentatively 5-8pm. Music 7-10pm.

• Valentine’s Weekend kicks off the Tasting Room for 2010

We will reopen February 13th, 2010. Valentines Weekend. We'll make it romantic so plan to bring your loved one.

• Newport Seafood and Wine Festival, Febuary 26th - 28th

Can you believe this will be the 33rd anniversary of the Newport Seafood and Wine Festival? The guy that started the event is one of our best customers. Can't wait to show you why. Come join us.

• April 10-11, Wine Trail Weekend

This is the signature winery event of the North Willamette Vintners. Tickets required, see the website if you wish to sign up in advance. 18 wineries all put on special events just for you.

If so, drop by Purple Cow Vineyards for Christmas Eve Eve.  That's not a typo, we'll be open December 23rd in case you need a little wine.  Surprise everyone with the Muscat's food friendliness, or bring a Tempranillo in appreciation for the one doing the cooking.

More exciting products coming soon

I'm excited for our winter bottling day. One might think we're ready to bottle the 2008 Pinot Noirs or Estate Tempranillo, but we're going to hold onto those in barrel longer. We selected the 2008 Marechal Foch, 2007 Durif, 2007 {censored secret}, and 2007 Tempranillo Reserve.
